Quality Materials.
The wrist band is constructed of a non-reflective olive drab VELCRO®
brand woven nylon hook-and-loop industry-standard touch fastener.
The abrasive patches have a strong cloth backing with VELCRO®
brand hook fastener adhered to the back with a water-resistant,
pressure-sensitive adhesive. The pad is a Scotch-Brite 3MTM
commercial pad with the VELCRO® brand
hook fastener adhered to the back also with a water-resistant,
